The website www.happymoments.com.my is owned by Happy Moments (the "Company"). All product names, products pictures, contents, company names and logos appearing on this website are the property of the company.

Proprietary Rights

You acknowledge that Happy Moments contains information, data, software, photographs, graphs, videos, graphics, music, sounds, and other material (collectively "Content") that are protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed. You may not modify, download, remove, delete, augment, add to, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part.

You may not upload, post, reproduce, or distribute in any way Content protected by copyright, or other proprietary right, without obtaining permission of the owner of the copyright or other propriety right.

Order Acceptance Policy

All orders received are subject to acceptance by Happy Moments and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. There is no REFUND for finished order.

Promotion Orders

At our discretion, from time to time, we may offer products at discounted prices. These offers are valid from the time that we introduce them to the end date of the offer and they cannot be used for purchases before or after the offer end date.

In the event that a customer has made a purchase and the price of the purchased product subsequently falls or is discounted owing to a special offer, the price of the product at the time of purchase shall 'prevail'. We are unable to offer special offer discounts for purchases that have already been made.

As our special offers are contingent on the availability of products, we may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time, and without prior notice. We also reserve the right to offer different personalized special offers and promotions and it will therefore only be possible for the customer in receipt of the special offer to redeem the discount.

Valentine's Day

Due to hike in prices during Valentine's Day period (10th February to 15th February, both dates inclusive), all orders received earlier, for delivery during this period, will not be honoured at the normal price published prior to Valentine's Day. We will only proceed with the order after the customer bank in the differences or customer can change the delivery dates to other dates, other than Valentine's Day period.

We will inform customer if order is received but prices will be different for this period. As per our policy, no refund for all goods purchased. Normally, prices for Valentine's Day will be published in mid of January. Please give us a call to confirm the price if there is any confusion.


Substitution Policy

Happy Moments reserves the right to make substitutions of flowers, plush/soft toys, fruits, chocolate, candy, greenery, baskets, wrapping papers, vases and any other material used in our flower arrangements with others of equal or higher value should the original materials be unavailable.


Refund Policy

Happy Moments Florist practices NO REFUND policy. There is no refund for all finished order. Please ensure that all information provided are correct. Also ensure that delivery address is correct and the correct delivery charges are included in your payment.


Delivery Policy

We also offer delivery service to other States. There is no refund for confirmed orders. Once payment made, is considered as confirmed order. Contact us for more details.

Delivery Area

Our Delivery Area encompasses almost all of the areas within Johor Bahru (please note that some of the areas will required additional delivery charges). Please refer to the chart displayed in Payment & Delivery page for delivery availability and applicable charges, if any.

Delivery Time
  • For orders received before 2.00 PM (Monday - Saturday) (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), delivery is within the same day.
  • For orders received after 2.00 PM (Monday - Saturday)  (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), it will depend on our operational availability. We will try to arrange for same day delivery; otherwise it will be made the next day.
  • If you placed your orders after 2.00 PM and require same day delivery, we would try our best to assist. Please call us directly at +6017-2122 166.
  • We are closed on Sunday hence orders received for Sundays will be made the following working day.


Delivery During Peak Season

Kindly place your order three (3) days in advance for orders during the Peak/Festive Season e.g. Valentine's Day, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, Hari Raya and Chinese New Year.

Due to the unusually higher demand during Peak/Festive seasons, we will try to accommodate your special time request to the best of our abilities. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date.


Delivery Practice

All orders will be delivered to the recipient's address submitted by the sender but not necessarily to the named recipient personally. Our delivery team will try their best to hand over the flowers/gifts to the named recipient directly at the time of delivery.

In some cases delivery may not be possible within a specific time requested due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We understand that most of the senders would like the flowers/gifts to be sent as a surprise. Anyway, sender must provide at least one contact number of the recipient and one alternative contact number (office number/house number/mobile number).

Our delivery team will try our best to deliver to recipient; if recipient isn't around we will deliver to:

  • For delivery to house, we will deliver to recipient family member
  • For delivery to office, we will deliver to receptionist or recipient colleague
  • For delivery to college/university campus, please provide us recipient's friend contact number for arrangement.

Please note that the runner will only wait for 15 minutes at the assigned delivery address. Any undelivered items will be sent back to our company. A fee of the same amount of delivery charges will be imposed for second attempt of order delivery (to the same place) and different fees for re-delivery of orders to a different location. Any replacement of product will be charge accordingly. Please note that a cancellations fee of 50% of the selling price will be levied on orders cancelled upon confirmation.

Any person who violate the above or any unauthorized act in relation to this copyright work, he/she or company, may be liable for a civil claim for damages and a criminal prosecution.
